(breitbart.com) – Two individuals have been charged with multiple counts of voter fraud after allegedly submitting fraudulent voter registration applications on behalf of homeless people, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged in a 41-count criminal complaint filed last week. The pair faces one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Montenegro is also facing an additional 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit.

Montenegro submitted over 8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October of this year, according to the district attorney’s office. Additionally, Montenegro allegedly falsified, “names, addresses and signatures on nomination papers under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, while Arevalo faces up to seven years.

The matter remains under investigation, reports NBC 4.

(breitbart) – Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) joined some of his Republican colleagues in calling for a recount, audit, and full review of the election, stating Monday morning that “fewer than 100,000 votes total” separate former Vice President Joe Biden and President Donald Trump in key swing states.

“Right now — there are fewer than 100,000 votes total — out of almost 150 million cast — separating AZ, GA, WI, & PA (plus other close states like NV) with a number of lingering questions,” the congressman, who defeated Democrat challenger Wendy Davis, said.

“Recounting, auditing, & a full review is necessary. Patience. #StandUpForAmerica,” he added in the Monday morning tweet:

As of Monday afternoon, Biden continued to hold the edge in key states — roughly 17,000 in Arizona, 10,600 in Georgia, 36,100 in Nevada, and 45,000 in Pennsylvania. That reflects roughly 109,000 votes across all four states. However, legal challenges are underway, and the Trump campaign has maintained that the president will emerge victorious in Arizona once all legal ballots are finally tabulated.

Several GOP lawmakers have made it clear that they back Trump and his efforts to ensure election integrity.

“The media do not get to determine who the president is. The people do,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) said following the media declaring Biden the winner.

“When all lawful votes have been counted, recounts finished, and allegations of fraud addressed, we will know who the winner is,” he added:

“It’s not over. Don’t stop fighting,” Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) said Saturday:

“The election isn’t over until all legal votes are counted and certified. There are still serious legal challenges that have been made, and until that process is resolved, the election is not final,” Rep. Steve Scalise (R-LA) said:

On Friday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) assured that Republicans “will not back down from this battle.”

(informationliberation) – Former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe threatened President Trump on CNN Friday night that secret intelligence exists which could cast him “in a very negative light.”

McCabe, who personally signed off on investigating Trump for obstruction of justice, is panicking along with the rest of the FBI and CIA over Trump’s latest push to declassify everything from the Russia witch hunt.

Former acting FBI director Andrew McCabe has warned that classified intelligence from bureau’s investigation into President Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign ties to Russia could contain information that would “risk casting the president in a very negative light”.

[…] “There is some very, very serious, very specific, undeniable intelligence that has not come out, that if it were released, would risk compromising our access to that sort of information in the future.

“I think it would also risk casting the president in a very negative light – so, would he have a motivation to release those things? It’s almost incomprehensible to me that he would want that information out, I don’t see how he spins it into his advantage, because quite frankly, I don’t believe it’s flattering.

Asked if Mr McCabe thought there was more “bad stuff” about Mr Trump that wasn’t already publicly known, he replied: “There is always more intelligence, there is a lot more in the intelligence community assessment than what is ever released for public consumption.

“The original version of that report was classified at the absolute highest level I have ever seen. We’re talking about top secret, compartmentalised code word stuff, and it would be tragic to American intelligence collection for those sources to be put at risk.”

Senator Chuck Schumer similarly threatened Trump with intelligence agency retaliation back in 2017, telling him that if you “take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”

Frankly, it sounds to me like McCabe is just bluffing.

I seriously doubt there’s anything damaging they have on him which they haven’t illegally leaked already. Most people understand by now our intelligence agencies are just a deep state criminal mafia and wouldn’t believe anything they selectively-leaked anyways.

As Don Jr said earlier this month, it’s time to “DECLASSIFY EVERYTHING!!!”

Don’t just declassify what happened with the Russia witch hunt.

There’s a plethora of secret intelligence which would cast our criminal deep state in a “very negative light.”

Follow through on your campaign promise to let us know who “really knocked down the World Trade Center” and release all the files on who was actually seen celebrating on 911.

Release the JFK files you promised us in 2017 only to turn around and block them a few months later.

Release everything they’ve hidden from us about the attack on the USS Liberty.

(breitbart) – Acting Defense Secretary Chris Miller issued a memo on Saturday to the entire Defense Department that hinted of a coming U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan.

The two-page memo was released early Saturday morning, just after midnight, in his first department-wide message after being appointed by President Donald Trump earlier this week. Miller took the place of Mark Esper, who was fired for resisting Trump on a number of issues.

He spoke of continuing to transform the department in order to compete in a “new strategic environment,” which requires “changes in organizations, skills, and decision-making processes.

“We will continue to aggressively challenge established paradigms, maintain and modify those that have value, and courageously discard those that have run their course,” he wrote.

He said the U.S. must continue to defeat al Qaida, the terrorist organization responsible for the September 11, 2001, attacks, but appeared to differentiate it from wars that require a U.S. troop presence, and he talked about the need to end “perpetual war” and bring troops home.

He wrote:

As we prepare for the future, we remain committed to finishing the war that Al Qaida brought to our shores in 2001. This war isn’t over. We are on the verge of defeating Al Qaida and its associates, but we must avoid our past strategic error of failing to see the fight through to the finish. Indeed, this fight has been long, our sacrifices have been enormous, and many are weary of war – I’m one of them – but this is the critical phase in which we transition our efforts from a leadership to supporting role. We are not a people of perpetual war – it is the antithesis of everything for which we stand and for which our ancestors fought. All wars must end.

Ending wars requires compromise and partnership. We met the challenge; we gave it our all. Now, it’s time to come home. ( breitbart ) – The key empirical question that must be asked about the 2020 election results is why the rejection rate for vote-by-mail ballots dropped dramatically from the primary season, when mass vote-by-mail began in some states, to the general election.

Absentee ballots, which are traditionally a very small proportion of the vote in most states, are typically rejected at a rate of 1% to 2%. However, the rate of faulty absentee ballots rose to 25% after mass vote-by-mail was adopted earlier this year.

The Washington Post reported in August:

More than 534,000 mail ballots were rejected during primaries across 23 states this year — nearly a quarter in key battlegrounds for the fall — illustrating how missed delivery deadlines, inadvertent mistakes and uneven enforcement of the rules could disenfranchise voters and affect the outcome of the presidential election.

Nevada’s Clark County saw 17 percent of vote-by-mail ballots returned as undeliverable. Though New York is not a battleground state, one in four mailed-in primary ballots that were returned in New York City were also rejected for errors.

However, early reports about the rejection rate for mailed-in ballots in the general election suggest that it was lower than in 2016 —  perhaps a fraction of a percent, up to 30 times lower than absentee ballots in an election without mass vote-by-mail.

No one has yet explained the dramatic improvement, which could be the result of one or more of the following explanations:

• Lower standards. Democrats sued in many states — including Pennsylvania –to remove signature, witness, and postmark requirements, and also to extend deadlines. Lowering the standards could result in a far lower rate of ballot rejection.
• Voter education. Democrats invested in teaching their voters how to fill out and return mail-in ballots. (Democratic attorney Marc Elias, who sued to loosen vote-by-mail requirements once argued minority voters would struggle to fill them out.)
• Fraud. Republicans warned for months that vote-by-mail would be susceptible to fraud. Former President Jimmy Carter, a Democrat, said the same in 2005. More evidence is needed of fraud in the 2020 election before this can be substantiated.

There may also be other explanations for the improvement. The important thing is to know as soon as possible, before the results of the 2020 election are certified, so that Americans can go forward confident that the 2020 election was legitimate.

(breitbart) – Nov. 9 (UPI) — President Donald Trump replaced Defense Secretary Mark Esper with Christopher C. Miller, National Counterterrorism Center director, on Monday.

Miller will be regarded as the Acting Secretary of Defense, effective immediately, Trump said in a Twitter message.

Esper, who opposed use of active duty troops to suppress domestic civil unrest during the summer, has seen his relationship with Trump deteriorate, was expected to resign following the election.

NBC News reported last week, citing Defense Department officials, that Esper had prepared a letter of resignation, however the Pentagon denied at the time that he was fired or had resigned.

With the apparent victory of former Vice President Joe Biden in the 2020 presidential election, others in Washington stressed that Esper should remain in the position, in part to assure citizens that the U.S. military will not be involved in a transition of power.

Some legislators and defense establishment figures urged Esper to stay on as secretary during the transition prior to the inauguration.

“For the good of our country and the brave men and women in uniform, I hope [Esper] will continue to serve for the remainder of the Trump presidency,” Sen. Tim Kaine, D-Va., said in a statement.

Esper’s firing raises questions about the military chain of command at a time when Trump seeks to demonstrate his hold on his executive powers, despite the outcome of the election, officials and experts have said.

“This is a matter of national security,” Arnold Punaro, retired Marine Corps major general and former staff director for the Senate Armed Services Committee, told Politico prior to Monday’s announcement.

“During the next 76 days [prior to the Jan. 20, 2021, inauguration], our allies and adversaries should understand that President Trump retains full powers as commander in chief and the chain of command is intact from him to Secretary Esper to the warfighting commanders,” Punaro said.

Miller was sworn in as director of the National Counterterrorism Center in August after serving as a policy official at the National Security Council.

A number of Black Lives Matter counter-protesters can be seen pushing and hitting Trump supporters from behind at the start of the clip before the cameraman makes his way further down the street and spots another counter protester on a megaphone telling Trump supporters to leave.

Taking issue with this, the Trump supporters attempted to grab the megaphone. One Trump supporter then pushes the megaphone man to ground and is almost instantly mobbed by the Black Lives Matter crowd. Eventually, he is coldcocked and briefly loses consciousness while a female counter protester stomps on his head.

(breitbart) – Joe Biden appeared late Friday evening and claimed he received a “mandate” from American voters, but he stopped short of declaring victory.

“We don’t have a final declaration of victory yet,” he said, and argued the numbers tell “a clear and convincing story: We’re going to win this race.”

Biden touted his new-found leads in Georgia and Pennsylvania. He said he is winning Arizona, a first for a Democrat in 24 years. Similarly, he is the first Democrat to claim victory in Georgia in 28 years.

He said he is on his way to “over 300 Electoral College votes.”

Before saying he is going to be a president for all Americans, Biden bragged about “rebuilding the blue wall,” in Midwestern states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

He went on to claim a “mandate for action” and cited the coronavirus, the economy, climate change, and systemic racism.

Voters “made it clear: They want the country to come together, not continue to pull apart,” Biden said.

He said he is waiting for the final results, but, “We’re not waiting to get the work done and start the process.”

Biden urged his supporters to be “calm and patient” as “all of the votes” are counted.

He said the country “doesn’t have any more time to waste on partisan warfare.”

Biden spoke for about eight minutes and left the stage to applause. He said he would speak again on Saturday.

(breitbart) – President Donald Trump on Thursday outlined his path to victory in the 2020 election, showing a readiness to challenge former Vice President Joe Biden’s large leads in several key states.

“Never bet against me,” Trump said, in his first post-election interview with Washington Examiner reporter Byron York.

Former Vice President Joe Biden, Democrats, and corporate media figures continue pressing the president to concede the election so that a speedy transition of power can take place.

But Trump indicated he was unwilling to concede the election as long as votes were being counted and challenged in court.

To start with, Trump argued, he could win Wisconsin, where his campaign has requested a recount of the election.

Arizona, he continued, could find 8,000 votes for him if the campaign could get an audit of the votes cast in that state.

A hand recount of the votes in Georgia could also gain up to 11,000 votes.

“Hand counting is the best,” he said. “To do a spin of the machine doesn’t mean anything. You pick up ten votes. But when you hand count — I think we’re going to win Georgia.”

Trump estimated that he won North Carolina but joked that Democrats might find a bunch of new Biden votes from urban areas like Charlotte.

The campaign had strong cases in Michigan and Pennsylvania, he said, where Republican campaign observers were excluded from watching the counting process. Trump estimated that millions of unobserved votes could have gone through the counting process.

“They wouldn’t let our poll watchers and observers watch or observe,” Trump said, “That’s a big thing. They should throw those votes out that went through during those periods of time when [Trump observers] weren’t there.”

(breitbart) – James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas reported Thursday that a new U.S. Postal Service (USPS) employee had come forward, claiming mail carriers were told to deliver only mailings for Joe Biden after Nov. 9, and mark the rest as “undeliverable.”

Speaking to O’Keefe, the Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, whistleblower, said that meant other political mail was “garbage”:

James O’Keefe: “You’re a letter carrier. OK. And tell me what your boss told you on Nov. 9.”

Elkins Park USPS whistleblower: “You were told that the only political mail that will be delivered from now on will be that of the ‘winner,’ in this case, Joe Biden. And that other political mail from other sources and senders would be put into the undeliverable bulk business mail bin or UVM.”

Elkins Park USPS whistleblower: “All political mail for Biden was to be continued to be treated as first-class and delivered the day it was received.”

James O’Keefe: “What happens to the undeliverable bulk business mail?”

Elkins Park USPS whistleblower: “I believe it goes back to the plant, but undeliverable bulk business mail is essentially a step away from the garbage.”

Project Veritas has been publishing allegations of inappropriate practices by USPS workers in Pennsylvania and Michigan. In one case, USPS employee Richard Hopkins reported that a supervisor had told him to backdate mail-in ballots so that they would appear to have been mailed by Election Day, and would hence be eligible to be counted.

Though the Washington Post reported that Hopkins recanted his story, Hopkins denied that he had, and O’Keefe published audio purporting to show an inspector pressuring Hopkins. Other allegations published by Project Veritas include the improper dumping of spoiled ballots.
