(breitbart) – President Donald Trump trails former Vice President Joe Biden by fewer than 12,000 votes in battleground Arizona but remains confident that he can “easily” win the state if officials conduct a statewide audit.

Maricopa County’s latest batch of results showed the president taking 53.4 percent of the 13,143 votes counted and Biden taking 44.3 percent, according to Data Orbital. Biden’s lead stood at 11,635 as of Wednesday evening.

There are 24,738 ballots remaining, 6,715 of which are in Maricopa County. At this point, Trump would need to take 74 percent of the remaining ballots to overtake his Democrat challenger and secure the state’s 11 electoral votes:

However, Trump remains confident that he will “easily” win Arizona if a statewide audit is completed:

While some believe the state should go to a recount, it is very difficult to automatically trigger one in the Grand Canyon State. The margin of victory for races with over 25,000 ballots cast must be 200 or less or within “one-tenth of one percent of the number of votes cast for both such candidates or upon such measures or proposals”:

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D), who once accused Trump of “pandering to his neo-nazi base,” formally rejected a request for an “independent analysis” of voting data in the state, contending that it fuels baseless theories of those who are “seeking to undermine our democratic process for political gain.”

During the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Chris Wallace of Fox News asked Biden if he would “pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified,” to which the former vice president answered, “yes.”

“Will you urge your supporters to stay calm while the vote is counted, and will you pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified?” asked Wallace of Biden at the first presidential debate in Cleveland, Ohio.

“Yes,” answered Biden.

“And here’s the deal. We’ll count the ballots. As you pointed out, some of these ballots in some states can’t even be opened until Election Day, and if there’s thousands of ballots, it’s going to take time to do it,” added the former vice president.

Biden, however, has done nothing of the sort, as he has since carried on as if he is president-elect, promising that “we’re going to get right to work,” as he seemingly ignores the fact that the 2020 presidential election has not yet been independently certified.

The former vice president has also since urged all Americans to “wear a mask,” insisting that the “election is over.”

“The election is over,” Biden claimed. “I won’t be president until January 20, but my message today is to everyone — it doesn’t matter who you voted… we can save tens of thousands of lives if everyone would just wear a mask for the next few months.”

Biden ended up delivering his victory speech on Saturday night, four days after the election.

Meanwhile, the 2020 presidential election has yet to be certified, as members of President Trump’s administration maintain that the president may actually be reelected.

(breitbart) – Fox News Channel anchor Neil Cavuto cut away from campaign spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany speaking at a Trump campaign press conference on Monday afternoon.

McEnany said, “There is only one party in America trying to keep observers out of the count room, that party my friends is the Democrat party. You don’t take these positions because you want an honest election. You don’t oppose an audit of the vote because you want an accurate count. You don’t oppose our effort at sunlight at transparency because you have nothing to hide. You take these positions because you are a welcoming fraud and you are welcoming illegal voting.”

Cavuto said, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, I just think we have to be very clear. She’s charging the other side is welcoming fraud and welcoming illegal voting, unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue showing you this.”

He continued, “I want to make sure that maybe they do have something back that up. That is an explosive charge to make at the other side is effectively rigging and cheating. If she does bring proof of that we will take you back.”

He added, “So far, she started saying right at the outset welcoming fraud, welcoming illegal voting, not so fast.”

Pennsylvania auditors alerted officials of possible dead people and duplicate registrations on the state’s voter rolls last year, but the warnings went unacknowledged.

In December 2019, Pennsylvania’s Department of Auditor General (DAG) released the findings of an audit report conducted January 1, 2016 to April 16, 2019 but was limited in scope because of “a lack of cooperation and a failure to provide the necessary information by” Pennyslvania’s Department of State, the Department of Transportation, and four county election offices.

Due to the state’s noncooperation, the auditors were “unable to establish with any degree of reasonable assurance” that the state’s voter rolls system is “secure and that Pennsylvania voter registration records are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and related guidelines.”

Even without cooperation from state agencies and multiple county election offices, the report “identified tens of thousands of potential duplicate and inaccurate voter records, as well as voter records for nearly three thousand potentially deceased voters that had not been removed” from Pennsylvania voter rolls.

Specifically, the report analyzed the voter registration records for the state’s more than 8.5 million voters and alerted the Pennsylvania Secretary of State of “potential inaccuracies,” including:

24,408 cases where a driver’s license number was listed in more than one voter record
13,913 potential duplicate voter registrations
6,876 potential date of birth inaccuracies
2,230 potential date of birth and/or registration date inaccuracies
2,991 records of potentially deceased voters
On the issue of dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls, at least 2,094 of the 2,991 identified by auditors had their death notices sent to the Secretary of State’s office so the voter registration would be canceled.

Auditors stated that the manual process of canceling voter registrations for dead people “depends on the accuracy of the data” in the state’s voter rolls and thus if a “piece of personal information is inaccurately listed in the voter record,” the death notice may be dismissed and the deceased registrant could stay on the rolls.

Since November 3, the Philadelphia Republican Party has alleged that dead people voted in the state of Pennsylvania. Likewise, an amended lawsuit filed by the Public Interest Legal Foundation claims that there are at least 21,000 dead people on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls that were not removed in time for the presidential election.

(breitbart) – CNN’s Jake Tapper interviewed Democrat Stacey Abrams on the State of the Union program Sunday, introducing her as a “former gubernatorial candidate,” but declining to ask her about her refusal to concede that 2018 race, two years later.

Abrams is being lauded by Democrats and the media for her role in turning out the vote for Joe Biden in her state. As noted by the New York Times in May, Abrams played a key role in turning vote-by-mail into a turnout machine for her party:

It was a shocking margin of victory in what was expected to be a close race: an 11-point blowout by a liberal judge over a conservative incumbent for a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Now Wisconsin Democrats are working to export their template for success — intense digital outreach and a well-coordinated vote-by-mail operation — to other states in the hope that it will improve the party’s chances in local and statewide elections and in the quest to unseat President Trump in November.

State party officials have spoken regularly with counterparts in other states, addressed a national virtual gathering of union activists and wrote a public memo with Stacey Abrams’s Fair Fight organization detailing lessons learned that can be applied elsewhere.

Last week, Tapper imagined that President Donald Trump would be “physically escorted from the building” if he refused to concede the election.

He did not, however, ask Abrams about her steadfast refusal to concede to her Republican opponent, Brian Kemp, as the legitimate governor of Georgia, though she has recognized that he had won in a “legal” sense.

Abrams volunteered to CNN that the party’s infrastructure “may not have yielded a victory for me in 2018,” but did not comment on Trump’s right to seek recounts and legal recourse, not was she asked about it.

The presser was organized to provide details to the ongoing election litigation taking place in Pennsylvania, but Cavuto (or his handlers) decided that the information provided wasn’t in the best interests of his audience to air.

Apparently, the overlords at Fox News have decided that the American people should only hear the opinions approved of by the Murdoch family.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa. I just think we have to be very clear, Cavuto said. “She’s charging the other side as welcoming fraud and illegal voting, unless she has more details to back that up, I can’t in good countenance continue to show you this.”

Make no mistake about it, dear Americans, Fox News is an enemy of the American people. If you wish to have unfettered access to the full scope of opinions concerning the most pressing issued faced by our republic, you must turn to alternative sources for information. More than that, if you are able to, you should support them—even if that just means sharing their links to your social media pages or joining their mailing lists.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez told the New York Times in an interview that she might quit politics, depending on the hostility of her own party towards progressive causes.

“I don’t even know if I want to be in politics,” she told The Times. “You know, for real, in the first six months of my term, I didn’t even know if I was going to run for re-election this year.”

The Bronx native said the Democratic party has been hostile to progressive causes, like Medicare for All and the Movement for Black Lives.

“Externally, there’s been a ton of support,” she said, according to The Times. “But internally, it’s been extremely hostile to anything that even smells progressive.”

AOC drew around 426,000 peak viewers a few weeks ago by playing video games with Twitch e-girl Pokimane and Cenk Uygur’s cousin Hasan Piker, who said the U.S. “deserved” 9/11.

AOC’s support for the “Defund the Police” movement was blamed by many Democrats for their failure to make any gains in the House and the Senate.

Why should AOC take all these slings and arrows for a corrupt Democratic Party when she could just get millions of simp bux for streaming video games?

(breitbart) – Corporate media outlets called the presidential election for former Vice President Joe Biden and his running mate, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA).

CNN, MSNBC, and the Associated Press called the election for Biden at 11:28 a.m., just minutes before President Trump’s lawyers were expected to speak at a press conference about challenging votes in Pennsylvania.

Fox News ultimately followed suit at 11:40 a.m.

At the time of the decision, President Trump spent Saturday morning at his golf course in Sterling, Virginia, presumably to play golf on a sunny fall afternoon.

The president issued the following statement via his campaign:

We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.

Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.

(breitbart) – During a radio interview with Mobile, AL’s FM Talk 106.5, Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) discussed Republican gains made in the House of Representatives last Tuesday and the potential for division within the House’s Democratic caucus before the forthcoming speaker’s race for the new Congress.

Gosar said progressives were also making gains within the Democratic caucus, among which included Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA). For that reason, he saw the potential for House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D-SC) supplanting current House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) for the leadership role.

“[A]OC, Omar, Tlaib and Pressley are not the type of people that will back down,” Gosar explained. “They’re going to come with a fight, and that’s why I think there’s going to be a civil war that occurs over the next several weeks before the speakership race. And I think there’s a change coming. And when that change comes, I think it will be somebody like Jim Clyburn that they put in that position that maybe can mitigate the fiasco that is occurring within that Democratic Party.”

Gosar referenced remarks made by Rep. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) decrying the far-left flank of the House Democratic caucus push for “socialism.”

“I see it because the caucus meeting they had yesterday — I believe what [Abigail] Spanberger – her quote, I mean nothing on the Hill is ever secret,” he added. “[T]here’s definitely tensions here, and like I said, the progressive grew. The moderates lost.”

(informationliberation) – Twitter on Saturday censored all of President Trump’s tweets speaking out against Democrats’ blocking GOP poll watchers and warning that “illegal” and “bad things” took place behind the scenes.

The tweets were blocked from being liked and retweeted and had giant warning labels slapped on them.

They’ve been doing this with nearly all of President Trump’s tweets since Election Day and announced they’re going to ban him come January if they so please.

He also highlighted how thousands of votes were “swapped” away from Trump to Biden as a result of an alleged “glitch” from Dominion Voting Systems’ e-voting machines.

Trump earlier this week said he is not planning on conceding and the American people “deserve to have full transparency into all vote counting and election certification” and he will “never give up fighting for your and our nation.”

“I WON THIS ELECTION, BY A LOT!” Trump tweeted Saturday.

Trump supporters are organizing “Stop The Steal” protests scheduled for 12:00PM throughout the country.

Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar called on patriots to join them and bring American flags, Trump flags and Bibles but DO NOT open carry.

Trump’s allies have been demanding not only that there be recounts throughout the country but vote audits to investigate potential fraud.
