(trendingpoliticsnews) – On Sunday, former President Donald Trump’s lawyer announced Trump will “loudly and proudly” plead not guilty when appearing in court on Tuesday.
Trump’s counsel, Joe Tacopina, appeared on CNN’s State of the Union and told the host, Dana Bash, Trump is excited to plead not guilty.
“This is not not normal operating procedure. It’s all up in the air. All the Tuesday stuff is still very much up in the air other than the fact that we will very loudly and proudly say not guilty,” Tacopina said in response to a question about a potential Trump mugshot.
