(dailyconservative) – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is in hot water as the January 6th committee has begun to unravel and Pelosi’s role in the riot at the Capitol on January 6th is beginning to become exposed.
Many Republicans have pointed out that Pelosi played a direct role in the security at the Capitol. However, Pelosi has spent the past two years contending that “I have no power over the Capitol Police.”
As it turns out, that claim was false as both text and email messages have revealed that she was in close contact with security officials and even made changes to the security plan ahead of the planned protest at the Capitol.
Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH) explained that “The reason there wasn’t a proper security presence on that day goes right to the Speaker’s staff and the Speaker’s office.”
The Capitol police force knew the protest was coming and even knew there was a chance that things could get unruly. Pelosi did nothing to counteract that outcome and even took action to ensure a riot took place.
Democrats benefited immensely from the January 6th riot and it is becoming increasingly clear that Pelosi may have orchestrated the riot from the beginning. Hopefully, Republicans will get to the truth when the open the next Congress in January.
